I think this photo just shows for itself the hair growth. Like, what😱 Look at the difference and how long my hair got. The curls are still there, just a little flatter because my hair has gotten longer and I need a haircut to add some layers back in for volume. But let me tell you what I’ve noticed most since taking this supplement.
I started taking the hair, skin, and nail gummies in August 2024 very consistently. This year I’ve still been consistent, maybe missing a day here and there, but it’s part of my routine. The difference has been huge.
