As many of you already know, in my former pre-mom life, I was a certified esthetician and nail technician, and I've been doing freelance makeup artistry for several years now. More and more friends have been inquiring about my services, and I've finally decided that the time is right to start up my own makeup business. With BLUSH, I will be offering on-site bridal and special occasion makeup in the area, as well as in Ottawa, Montréal and everywhere in between. Whether she wants to make a dramatic statement or simply look fresh-faced and natural, every bride wants to look radiant on her big day. That is why it is especially important that the bride use long-lasting and photo-friendly makeup that works best with her facial features, skin tones and bridal colours. I will provide each bride with a trial to discuss her wedding makeup and pre-wedding skin regiment. I work with various professional-quality makeup products (primarily MAC Pro) and can also provide false eyeslashes to provide a fuller look or a more glamourous effect. I also offer makeup services for special occasion events including proms, portraits or fashion shows. And, I simply can't wait to work with you.
