Fine hair girlies… this post is for YOU! I’m giving you my biggest tips below⬇️

1. Let go of the length~ when I say this I promise I’ll be reasonable! Those wispy, thin, shattered, broken ends are doing nothing for you. They are making your hair look thinner than it actually is, making it hard to style and they are not working for you! Come in for regular trims every 3/4 months and you’ll be amazed over time how much your hair feels BETTER, THICKER and it will get LONGER! I find when you come in for trims consistently you don’t have to take as much off.

2. No thinning shears- I have had a few people say their hairdresser used thinning shears on them. Thinning shears are great but NOT for thin hair!! Please please please avoid!

3. Dimension: keep some dimension, add in some pops of brightness and you’ll be happy with the result! Dimension will help make your hair look thicker!

✨Mother ~ Daughter Skincare Date ✨
Some things are just better when you get to share them with your mom. 🤍

About a month ago we went to an Oliveda event together. We were both a little shy, so we didn’t stay long (we had some shopping to do 😉), but we got to catch up with some sweet friends (.hartzler ), talk skincare, and of course compare notes on which products we’re each loving lately.

It’s funny how something as simple as skincare has turned into another thing we get to share amongst ourselves and with friends!
•
From sending each other little product updates, to convincing each other to try something new, it’s just another little thing that brings us closer. 🤍

Missed my nana being there too — she has a few favourites of her own. 🫶

Grateful for these little moments, the people we get to share them with, and finding things that make us feel good in our own skin. 🌿

The lighting (and my video skills 😂) definitely didn’t do these girls justice—they were even more stunning in person!
Most of the girls already had beautiful lashes, so we kept the makeup soft, fresh, and natural to enhance what they already had. My goal is always for you to still look like you—just a little more glowy and camera-ready.
I have been absolutely loving doing makeup lately and would love to take on more bridal parties, grads, and special event makeup! 💄🤍

Ingredients are listed from highest to lowest concentration, so if water is listed first, it’s the ingredient there’s the most of.

Water isn’t the enemy—but it can mean the active ingredients are more diluted. Water-based formulas also typically require preservatives to help keep the product bacteria free over time.

One of the biggest changes I made in my skincare routine was switching to a waterless formula that uses olive leaf cell extract/elixir instead of water as the base.

These products are rich in hydroxytyrosol, a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the skin from oxidative stress while supporting a healthier-looking, more radiant complexion.

Learning this completely changed the way I shop for skincare. Now, one of the first things I do is flip the bottle over and read the ingredient list. 🤍
