ALIGNED PRACTICE. ALIGNED CLIENTS. ALIGNED COMMUNITY. We are stronger together. ♡
My practice is built on respect, integrity and collaboration. I choose to work in community, not competition.
I WILL NOT TOLERATE:
triangulation, othering, comparison culture or smear campaigns directed toward other bodyworkers, health practitioners and therapists.
There is room for all of us. Different approaches.
Different strengths. One shared purpose: helping people heal.
No client, conversation or personal grievance has the authority to divide practitioners who choose to lead with respect, professionalism and community.
We are human. We all have human experiences.
At times, misunderstandings happen. Offence happens. Discomfort happens. What matters is how people choose to move through those moments.
Emotionally mature and empathic people take accountability, communicate and attempt to make things right when harm or misunderstanding is brought to their attention. Others are free to accept that repair or walk away. That comes down to choice and alignment.
What is not accepted is intentional division, contempt, manipulation or attempts to damage professional relationships within this community.
We rise, support and build together.
What does not align with that can stay outside the door.

You survived spring break.
You survived the May long weekend.
Now stop procrastinating and book your appointment.
Summer booking season is here, and I’ll be off the calendar for 3 weeks in July while overseas. Once spots are gone, they’re gone.
Also: I will not be answering business messages while away. No “quick questions,” no booking requests, no waitlist texts.
Handle it now before summer chaos begins.

Your body is not the problem. Your body adapted.
It twisted. It compensated. It redistributed load to keep you functioning. Over time, those patterns become restriction. This is what I work with.
Not just “tight muscles” but the system underneath:
fascia, joints, nervous system, movement strategy.
I’m not just releasing tissue.
I’m working with how your body organized itself
so it can reorganize. Alignment isn’t about forcing the body straight. It’s about restoring how it moves and distributes load. Because when the system changes, the symptoms don’t have anything to hold onto anymore.

Update on Location (209 Pembina)
That space is not safe or usable yet. I’m not operating there and won’t be for quite some time. This is part of an insurance and restoration process that is completely outside my control.
I am fully operating as a business — just not at 209 Pembina.
Because I’m not in charge of this process, there won’t be updates to share until something actually changes. For that reason, there’s no benefit in asking me for updates — online or in person — as I don’t have answers beyond this.
Honest question:
Would you feel safe receiving massage in a building that hasn’t been properly restored and officially cleared after a fire hazard insurance claim?
Thank you for respecting this boundary.

This year, I’m not chasing growth.
I’m listening for it.
Last year—both personally and professionally—was about navigating transitions, meeting challenges head-on, and discovering just how adaptable the body and nervous system truly are.
This year, the focus shifts.
At Rocky Rose, the work is moving toward regulation over reaction.
Listening before pushing.
Pausing before proving.
My approach is becoming slower, more intentional, and more attuned to what your body is actually asking for—because sustainable healing doesn’t come from force, urgency, or constant doing.
As I continue transitioning and refining the space, the services, and the way I work, the intention stays clear:
to support nervous system safety, body awareness, and treatments that help you feel more at home in yourself.
Less forcing.
Less squeezing into timelines that don’t fit.
Doing less—so what truly matters can expand.
This is care that meets you where you are.
This is work that respects your limits while gently expanding them.
I’m building a practice—and a life—that doesn’t require recovery from it.
Happy New You, in this New Year 2026 🌿

Booking System Updates as There are changes in the booking system. Yes it can be confusing but this is how it will be going forward. New Clients have to book their appointments accordingly to what is presented on the booking system, it requires an initial appointment. Clients that have been continuously seeing me, are grandparented into the system. What that means for you is you need to actually log into your account before you can book your sessions. The screen changes to what previous appointments you have in your treatment plan. I have rebranded my services to describe accurately what my massage treatment methodology and modalities represent. Grandparented clients still book under Deep Tissue Massage but it is in fact the same massage I have been delivering for the last 2 years but with added improvements since my skill set continues to evolve. It has now been renamed MyoFascial and NeuroMuscular Massage Treatment. If you still do not see your treatment plan pop up after logging in, then refresh the web browser. If there is still a problem get in touch with me and I will resolve it. If you are a new client then there is nothing to resolve as you have to book an initial appointment. If it’s been more than 6 months since we last saw each other and you have not been consistent then you have not been grandparented into the system and require an initial appointment. Bodies change and so do treatment plans.
