I love helping people love their hair!! ❤️❤️ Look at those curls!! 😍😍 Catherine was doing me a favour and trying out every oil, curl cream and mousse combination I gave her so that I knew what samples to offer to my curly haired friends since I’m not exactly an expert in that department 🙊! The results were so amazing that she fell in love! She told me “Honestly I love the mousse!! It doesn’t make my hair crunchy or wet looking and my hair dries a million times faster!”

You know that kink you get after you take out your ponytail? I literally just pulled it out and ran my brush through my hair! I can’t tell I wore my hair up all day, can you??! I love my and now I’m officially ready to go to the with my family!

We had an amazing trip out East spending time with family and celebrating the life of my grandmother... I am so thankful to have had the time I did and it meant the world to me to share so many memories with my family.

Ran into a little activist today while at the park with my family and she was handing out these handmade buttons for free. All I could think was how absolutely amazing it is to care for our planet so much at such a young age! I’ll admit I have not always been kind to Mother Earth but, I do what I can and try to get better each and every day. My switch to Monat which is a naturally based, cruelty free, vegan haircare line was a huge step in the right direction.

Hope everyone had an amazing weekend! Sometimes I look for a little inspiration before I jump into the workweek 😆

I have truly fallen in love with these products. My hair has never felt so good and I’m seeing growth in the broken flyaways that have always seemed to be there. I didn’t know I could do anything or that Monat even existed... Now that I do I will never use another shampoo or conditioner (along with all my other favourites ). Since you have to wash your hair anyhow, you might as well be helping to heal it!
