Grateful to have attended the “Breakfast of Champions” event organized by St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation. The discussion around mental health and the impact of social media was thoughtful, eye-opening, and incredibly important. Thank you to the speakers and organizers for creating such a meaningful conversation and helping bring more awareness to these challenges facing today’s youth.
