Take the time to get through some movement exercises. It doesn't. have to be fancy, just try some yoga, stretching or reach out to us if you don't know what to do and we can send you some suggestions!
There are many benefits of exercise snacks but its always challenging to get into the routine of taking a quick break. Try to work this into your mid-morning, lunch or afternoon mini-mental breaks.
Erica recently graduated from her 2200 hour Massage Therapy Program and is crushing it already!
Its amazing with when we have therapists that expand outside of our usual offerings. Max has been focusing on Craniosacral Therapy for the past few months and is excited to offer it to his clients. If you are not sure, chat with Max and he can walk you through it!
