to my clients, please read the list of my new nonnegotiable rules to ensure yours & my safety moving forward!
• all clients must wear face masks. feel free to bring your own, otherwise I have disposable masks available for $2 each.
• I will be greeting your lovely faces at the door with hand sanitizer ready.
• arrive at scheduled appointment time, if you’re early please wait in your car. (or message me incase I’m able to take you in early)
• no bare feet! bring socks to your appointment. • bring minimal personal items inside with you. no food or drinks & no guests!
• I will have no blankets or pillows available so wear a sweater or bring your own blanket if you get cold easily. • there will be no public bathroom available. • Etransfer only.
• if you’re feeling under the weather in any way shape or form, reschedule! cancellation policies will be waved, just stay home if you’re sick k?
please note that these new protocols may be altered or added on to, keeping up with WorkSafe BC & Public Health standards.

also, as promised, I’ll only be charging my regular clients who I had to cancel on for a fill instead of a full set! *this only applies if you book within this next month or so, not for a vacay next year🤪*

considering that a 2 metre distance should be maintained from one another & the nature of my services has me working an inch away from your face, and with the virus taking 14-21 days to show symptoms - I’ll be cancelling all upcoming appts & closed for the time being 👎🏼
I’ve worked hard to build and maintain good relationships and loyalty with my clients, so please understand how hard this is for me. I hope you all can bear with me during this time, and we can pick up where we left off once this is over.
as soon as it’s safe to do so I’ll be rescheduling all missed appointments - also I’ll only be charging my existing clients for fills even if you have no extensions left.

these are some photos of my clients BEFORE their 3 week fills. not getting the same results? here’s some tips.
- AFTERCARE. wash and brush your lashes regularly, don’t touch/pick at them, do nOoooOt use any products containing oil near your eyes, try to avoid sleeping on your face at night.. and did I mention to wash them regularly? (I carry lash cleanser ladies)😉
I feel like a broken record sometimes, but srsly, if you’re not taking proper care of them they’re not going to last..
if you feel like you’re doing everything you can and they’re still not, please reach out to your tech! I feel like I’m speaking for most lash artists when I say that I’d much rather help figure out the issue whether it be something on your end or mine, vs. have you being silently upset while essentially telling people that I suck😂
