The previous ownership/business I mention below is NOT connected to my ex husband Ed LaPierre
The issue stems from the original ownership and the lease they signed in 2008 and when they defaulted on that lease

As many of you may come to see, the salon currently has a notice posted on the door.

I understand the frustration and concern this notice may cause, and I want to be as transparent as possible with our clients.

I was recently informed that arrears from the previous ownership/business named on this notice (lease signed in 2008 ownership) had been attached to a revised lease I signed this year.
At the time of signing, I was not made aware of these previous arrears or that they would become part of my lease obligations.

Once I became aware, I immediately began seeking legal clarification regarding my responsibility for this debt.
At this point, the matter is being handled through legal counsel, and unfortunately, I have very little additional information I can responsibly share. As I am given more information I will update you all.

I truly understand how frustrating this uncertainty is and deeply appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding and continued support while this is being worked through. ❤️
