We are loving the shift into SacralFlow and we are getting better everyday at figuring out exactly how our flow works but we know you are missing someone special: her bright smile and cheery voice, because of how many of you ask us: How’s Elke? We tell each of you the same thing: She’s doing great! We see her each week to catch up, and for her to get checked and adjusted. But don’t take our word for it… Here’s a special message from the woman herself: one of the most devoted advocates of the benefits of chiropractic!

Times have changed and so has our practice. Thanks to all those who have made the leap next door with us. It has been a month since my dad retired (he’s enjoying his time, a million little tasks and can still be seen around the office if you look carefully), and we are still settling in to our new space and rhythm- we are so grateful for all of our patients as we start to find our own flow. We are booking about a week and a half in advance and you can still book by calling us (leave a message and we’ll get back to you!) or by texting us at 250-372-7212.

Happy Labour Day! Dr. James is in the office this week Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm. But she will be away and the office will be closed ALL NEXT WEEK (September 8th-11th) - returning to the office September 15th for regular hours. Humans will be answering the phone while we are in the office Monday-Thursday 9:30am-12pm for the month of August.

We are pausing offering any new bookings for the next two weeks as we complete renovations and adjustments. We will re-open after BC Day with a whole new vibe.
