Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment times are reserved just for you! If you need to change your appointment or reschedule the time, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Sometimes things come up unexpectedly, so the 1st missed appointment is a freebie. 2nd time you will be charged 50% of your appointment due upon your next booked appointment. And after the 3rd time you will need to prepay for your service at the time of booking. If you need help remembering your appointment I am more than happy to send a text reminder, just ask! This last year has been really tough for professionals. The restrictions have affected our personal lives as well as our businesses. Not knowing when we’re able to open our doors again, or what extra measures we need to have in place to ensure clients are safe and comfortable has left many feeling extra pressure
