Weekly✨

Every week you should be cleaning your pillow cases at least once! I like switch all my pillowcases on Monday’s to begin the week *easy to remember if you do it the same day each week*. If you wear a sleeping eye mask make sure you do the same thing.

Once to twice a week you should be exfoliating your skin during your PM regime. If you want to add a little sprinkle , throw on a face mask after you exfoliate.
