This patient came in feeling her nose looked uneven following a previous injury that resulted in a deviated septum. Her goal was to create a straighter appearance, without surgery.
We used hyaluronic acid to soften the appearance of the bump and adjust how light reflects down the bridge, creating the look of a smoother, more balanced nose without changing the natural structure.
