Wow! What an event!! 🥲✨

Every single year, we walk away feeling overwhelmed by the support from this community, and this year was no different! The generosity from our guests, clients, local businesses, donors, and everyone who showed up truly means more than we can put into words 🫶

While our final fundraising total is still being calculated (Jordan is currently on a very well-deserved holiday 😅), we couldn’t wait to say THANK YOU!!!

This year THEevent supported Athletics for Kids, a BC charity that helps cover sports registration fees for children and families who need a little extra support. Even more special, the funds raised will go directly toward helping Kelowna families first 💛

Seeing local businesses come together, people show up for one another, and this community continue to support causes that genuinely make a difference is something we never take for granted.

If you weren’t able to attend, we highly recommend checking out and supporting the incredible work they do 🫶

We could genuinely write a 10 page essay on why we love amika and Schwarzkopf, but here’s the short version:

1. They support us. Ongoing education, incredible reps, real humans who answer our emails/texts/messages and actually care about us and our salon!

2. The products WORK!! We have the luxury of choosing what brands we bring into THEsalon and we chose these because we truly believe in them. When we recommend something, it’s because we use it every single day and see the results firsthand 👀

3.Hair health always comes first. Healthy hair will always be the foundation of good hair and both of these brands align so heavily with that philosophy ✨

A little partial highlight for Miss Chelsea by ✨

Can we take a second to appreciate that before photo though? Grown out? For sure. Still bright, blonde, and not looking sad? Absolutely!

One of Chelsea’s secret weapons between appointments has been the K18 Detox Shampoo. It helps remove buildup from products, hard water, minerals, and all the other stuff that can leave blonde hair looking dull over time. Clean hair = brighter blonde, better shine, and a fresher-looking colour for longer!
