Hand painted balayage; it is hands down my favourite service to provide.

So what is Balayage exactly? Traditionally, highlights are done using foiling in a way that gives you a fully symmetrical look. Balayage is different: the method involves hand painting your hair for a more natural highlighted look. The appearance of balayage hair looks like sunlight hitting your hair as if you were on the beach.
Balayage is a beneficial technique in many respects. It’s a great way to start highlighting if you haven’t colored your hair before because it’s very low-commitment. Balayage is designed to grow out in a way that keeps your hair looking natural and beautiful, without the harsh lines of grown-out roots.

Because balayage grows out so flawlessly, maintenance is not required as often as traditional highlighting. That means you can go 8-12 weeks at a time without feeling like you need to get back in the salon.

Process: Colour Correction. Back to back foilage. Benefits of foilage is that it uses small sections, allowing you to get close to the root. There was a slight backcomb on each section to diffuse any demarcation line. Leaving the root soft for an easy, blended grow out. Hair was lifted happy and healthy. I am hands-on throughout the entire process.
She left with silky soft hair.

Todays major colour correction! This took two sessions, one week apart from each other. Thankfully, her hair was in great shape, which allowed us this back to back appointment. Busting through that old dark permanent was a real challenge, but I think we did a pretty decent job. What do yo I think?
