I’ve been getting this feeling of goosebumps a lot lately — a full-body sensation — and today I finally googled it to figure out what it even was.

It’s basically a tiny emotional lightning bolt — this sudden wave of excitement or meaning that your body reacts to before your brain even catches up.

Which… Shocker to maybe no one… but my emotional wiring is very sensitive. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I feel things very deeply. 🥳

I don’t get frisson from just hair itself — I get it from people.
From the conversations, the relaxation, the realness, and the shared excitement when someone tells me something good happening in their life. The moments that bring that warm, fluttery rush out of nowhere.
