My amazing boss celebrated 5 years of owning over the weekend! She took us all out for an awesome lunch to thank us but in all honesty, we all owe her our thanks and appreciation for being an unequivocally spectacular boss. For me in particular, she gave me a home, a family, and a safe space to grow, to be my authentic self. She allowed me to reignite my passion for hair, to provide the level of service that my clients deserve, a place that is supportive, challenging, inspiring, and allowed for independence. The family she has gathered in this very special place is comprised of amazingly talented, compassionate, unique women who I feel so fortunate to work with and learn from. I’m grateful for .forbes and our work fam every day!

This beautiful brunette came in and kind of let me have free rein with her colour. She just wanted some brightness but not to be blonde, and low maintenance.
Did a foiliage to break up her existing colour, roots, and toner for this this rich brunette that compliments her complexion and eyes so nicely it hurts 😂

Men’s cut don’t always have to be fades. A good scissor cut with strategic texturizing can make a huge difference in keeping longer lengths tidy.
