Here is the thing. I do not really get into doing things just because the holidays say I should. It has never been my jam. This time of year is already a lot for so many people.

But what I can say is that I have the best clients.

My job is not to pressure you. My job is to give you information and support you in whatever feels doable for your body and your life. If exfoliating and moisturizing fit into your routine, amazing. If they do not, that is okay too. We adjust. We work with what you are comfortable with. No guilt. No shame. No perfection required.

I am here to help you feel confident in your skin, not stressed about a routine.
