What a year it has been.

All the character building events and moments across the 50+ years of my life are shaping into this story... of me. A story that younger versions of me would never have predicted as the empty pages lay waiting.

I have so much wisdom and knowledge to share and I am so grateful that I have been able to create a real, physical space to share it. One that is separate from the internet. Over the 10 years, TGV has become less and less about the products as the push back against the digital foes that are filling our heads and hearts with confidence corroding filth and lies brought to us by gluttonous companies that clamor for our attention, data and money.
Our Beauty
is not business, it's not time sensitive and it isn't a problem to be fixed.

Stewarding our body and future
means looking at the barrage of (mis)information and images of beauty buried under filters, filler and AI to be critical and discerning. To see the manipulation, the fear mongering and consider the physical, emotional and spiritual health of all the future yous.

Who I am has a core that has held through storms.
I often return to my core values for accountability and critical assessment as unlearning and growth requires a critical lens.
The values I committed publicly 10 years ago are still proudly and publicly posted.
