Seborrheic keratoses are super common, harmless skin growths that tend to show up more with age.

Laser resurfacing for peri-oral lines is one of my favorite treatments for producing beautiful, meaningful results.
That said, part of good aesthetic medicine is knowing when resurfacing alone won’t be enough.
In this lovely patient, there was also volume loss around the mouth. So we created a thoughtful plan:

✨ Then subtle filler after healing to restore support and reduce return of lines
