Welcome, Ladysmith Maverick ⚡️
As some of you know I have been on the look out for a registered buck for quite a few months. So, this is really exciting!
If all goes as planned this means I will have kids available to purchase in the spring!
We took a boat trip to pick up Maverick in NS. He is a BIG and SOLID boy, which could seem abit intimidating… but he is a perfect gentleman. He jumped on the truck, and took a ferry ride without saying a single word! When we got home he walked right to his pen 🥰
Although he’s quite stinky and we won’t be cuddling him anytime soon, I can already tell he’s going to fit in very well.

Ruby was staring directly into my soul- she didn’t even blink 🫣
We cut the back end of their barn out this weekend. They are made of sugar and cannot handle even one single drop of rain, they may melt.
If you own goats, you already know that any bit of moisture is basically going to eat them alive!
Here I am thinking I did a good thing, but the stare down tells me otherwise. Now go outside and enjoy the nice sunny day my friends ☀️ They’ll come to love it! I like that they get the choice… and hopefully it means I stop getting yelled at the second they feel a drop. That’s to be determined…
(I guess I shouldn’t have added text to voice.. I promise they will not be sh*t outside 😅 terrible interpretation of what I’m saying )
