After doing the work to really detach from the self I believed I was, I am finally recognizing the true me more and more each day.

Knowing my true self is the greatest act of self love ❤️

Side note: it’s also the greatest gift you can give to your family and those close to you.

Part of my healing process is externalizing the journey so I can really choose the best path everyday.
