We're so excited to introduce you to our newest team member! Sarah brings a graphic design background and a genuine love of art to everything she does — and that creative spark led her back to school, where she's now finishing up her esthetics education at St. Lawrence College.

What truly sets Sarah apart is her heart for client care. She treats every client with unconditional care, and her soft, gentle nature has a way of nurturing and calming anyone in her chair. Nothing brings her more joy than watching clients unwind, relax, and settle into a true zen state of mind.

Her passion for acrylic painting sparked a natural love of nail art, and she can't wait to grow her skills across every corner of esthetics. For Sarah, this work is about more than technique — it's about helping people look and feel their best.

Effective August 5, 2026, we're updating our cancellation and no-show policy.

We now require 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment (groups of more than 3 require 48 hours' notice).

Here's why: we've seen a rise in last-minute changes, and it leaves our team without enough time to fill the spot. They arrive early to prepare behind the scenes and are left with no revenue when this happens — and that's not fair to the people who show up for you every time you visit us.

If a cancellation falls outside the 24-hour window, a 100% charge will apply to the missed or cancelled appointment.

We understand life happens and emergencies come up — we'll always do our best to work with you. Lotus & Lavender reserves the right to modify this policy as needed, with appropriate notice to our clients.
