Many of you may have seen my recent post about a slight price increase coming April 15. However, I want to be transparent—I can’t, in good faith, move forward with that increase while the cost of essential materials, like gas, continues to fluctuate so significantly.

Your support means everything to me, and I’m always committed to being fair and mindful of both your experience and the current climate. I would rather see all of my fantastic clients and make them feel good while we are all in trying times 💕

Hi friends!

Between bookings for last week that need to be moved, to yesterday and today’s cancellations, I was away most of the weekend, and have also been under the weather, as well as a rather large collection of new client requests.

Usually I don’t mind people sending me 2 or 3 messages if I haven’t responded in your preferred time frame, however, I’m posting this to request patience as I have a counted total of 27 clients to respond to .

Pleaseeeeeee have some patience at this time, I am balancing my children home for the second day, my parents are travelling home after being redirected due to the weather, I PROMISE I willllllll get back to all of your messages.

I’m a little sad to have to reshare this every January for some reason. Things slow down from the holidays, but please write your appts in your calendar, set a reminder, plan your week, whatever you need to do, pleaaaassseeee don’t cancel on me the day of if you can absolutely help it.

Once i’ve started my day servicing clients, there isnt time to message other clients to try to get them booked in, with no travel time alloted.

This is happening 2-4x each week. This is my livelihood for me and my children.

I know its only one appointment in your week or day for you, but for us, its a birthday party gift, its snacks for the week, etc.

I work my hardest to be as fair and as reasonably priced for all, but unfortunately, I cannot do that with the amount of no-shows or last-minute cancellations that are happening.

Please expect a 50% cancellation or no-show fee if you are cancelling within less than 24 hours . I hate to do this, but theres a few repeat offenders that I personally love as a human, but its frustrating from a sole proprietor business.

In this week alone, I’ve had over 10hrs of last minute cancellations or no shows. 🥹 not the way i’d like 2025 to flourish.

I try to move my schedule around to suit everyone’s needs that I possibly can. Please, please write your appointments down, message me to confirm if needed, and please try to give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rebook.

I am implementing my 24hr cancellation policy of 50% of services booked effective immediately. This has always been a policy, however I have been extremely lenient which is seemingly becoming a problem.
