We are excited to welcome Krista Veryzer, Registered Massage Therapist, to the Deep Rooted Massage & Wellness team, Sydenham location.

Krista graduated with Honors from Trillium College and is passionate about providing personalized care while working alongside a holistic health team.

She offers a variety of treatments, including:

• Lymphatic Drainage Treatment
• Deep Tissue Massage

Krista lives between Sydenham and Sharbot Lake and is deeply rooted in her love of community. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, who are active in sports, and staying active herself through running, cycling, swimming, and the arts.
