It’s time to introduce myself!

I’m Kristen, the owner of Growth Hair Studio :)

Here is some fun info about me:

💚I was born in Kingston and spent the first 3 years of my life here until my family moved to Oshawa. I worked and lived in the GTA until we moved to the KFL&A area in 2020.

💇‍♂️ Over 18 years ago I was walking down the street and someone stopped me and said “Whoa! I love your hair”. I said “Thank you. I cut it myself in my bathroom.” I immediate signed up for hair school and the rest is history.

🌎I’m always learning, growing and expanding my mind. I’m obsessed with how our minds and bodies operate and will jump into a deep esoteric conversation any chance I get.

🌲When I’m not working or learning you can find me in the forest.

👦I have 3 kids, 2 dogs 🐶, a cat and a bunch of chickens🐓.

🔥In addition to doing hair, I also run a business where I coach and mentor others to live their best life. I often say I learned most of what I know about human behaviour from working behind the chair for so long 😉.

My mission is to leave every client (hair or coaching) feeling like they can take on the world.
That could be done through a 45 minute haircut, or that could be done working closer with me 1-1 or in a group coaching experience.
