Hope all the former members at Energie Cardio Kirkland have found a new Fitness Facility to continue their fitness regimen.

A group of former group exercise instructors from EC Kirkland will be meeting for dinner/drinks next Friday (Attendance TBD). If you have questions/comments to pass on, respond to this post.

We hope that everybody was able to experience their favorite Les Mills class over the weekend or the past week since Energie Cardio Kirkland closed its doors for the last time yesterday.
