❄️ Warm Up Before You Shovel: Keep Your Body Safe This Winter
Before you grab the shovel, take a few minutes to warm up your muscles.
Cold, tight joints are more prone to strain, and a quick routine can
make the whole job easier on your back and shoulders.

❄️ Try these simple moves:
Arm circles to loosen shoulders

-Torso twists to warm up your core

-Side lunges to activate legs and hips

-Overhead reach to stretch your back

Just 3–5 minutes of movement can help prevent injury and make shovelling
feel smoother and safer.

Stay warm out there — your body will thank you later.
