Your hair will never go darker from toner fading. You can’t grow pigment back. For blondes, when your toner fades you may see a more yellow/less icy tone but this is different. This is darkening and taking on a rusty, golden colour.
The cause:
Your water
And/or
You’re staining your hair with products like oil, self tanner, hair and body perfume that’s tinted, etc.

The video was a joke because some bleaches make the hair look so yellow when you wash it out and every single person who guessed which bleach I used on that post was right! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Don’t forget: virgin, short and fine hair lighten much differently than coloured, long, thick hair. How do you achieve this? Have the former. 😉

Platinum/white blonde is literally the absence of colour. In order to achieve it, almost all pigment has to be removed from the hair and this is not possible for many people (myself included).
Then there’s the maintenance. Products and root touch ups.
So while it’s beautiful to look at, it’s not for everyone, but it is for this client Renee 🤗.
