2026 wedding books are OPEN 🗓️

Only a week into maternity leave and already missing my clients and being behind the chair.

Anxiously and eagerly waiting for this babe to arrive, hopefully any day now 🤍

Not all desired bridal looks are achievable, but this one was 🙌🏼

I had some reservations about doing this ponytail style for my bride . She wanted a longer and full ponytail without the use of extensions.
But the challenge wasn’t achieving the style, it was about how the style would look when captured in the classic bride dip, and in the real life movements of a bride dancing and enjoying the entire day, not perfectly positioned locked in place for every picture.
We both had some faith and just look at this dip 🤩👉🏼

Things to take into consideration when looking for bridal/wedding hair styles.

✨ length- do you have enough or are you willing to invest in extensions to achieve your desired look?
✨ volume/fullness- is your hair thick/dense enough or do you need extensions or bun fillers to make the style possible?
✨ the colour of your hair- lighther hair shows texture and dimension more then dark hair. If you have dark hair but want depth added would you consider adding some highlights to create movement and texture within the updo?

90% of styles you see online have extensions, bun fillers or hair pieces to create length, volume and texture.
100% of brides don’t regret investing in hair pieces to make their desired look become a reality 🫶🏼

A friendly reminder to book your bridal preview 1-2 months prior to your wedding.

This appointment isn’t just to try out some potential hair styles for your big day, it’s also for us to chat, get to know each other, talk time line and the little details.

I want to make sure everything is good to go so there won’t be any hiccups! You can ask me any questions about how things will run and what to expect.

A few things for your BRIDAL PREVIEW

✨ come with clean dry hair, either day of or day before. Whatever you feel is best for your hair. Dirty hair with too much product or oil build up wont hold a style or curl well
✨ bring your veil or any other hair accessories, pins, clips or hair extensions. Having options is great. Depending on the look you choose ask what hair piece would work best with your desired style.
✨ have some inspiration pictures! Sometimes its hard to explain what you are imaging so pictures are awesome!
✨ most pictures of hair styles on the internet/Pinterest will have some sort of styling aid, weather that be, hair extensions or a bun filler to achieve the desired look so take that into consideration when looking for inspiration
✨ also look at pictures with the same/similar hair colouring as you. Blonde/highlighted hair looks very different than dark hair.
✨ please be realistic in your expectations and be open to hearing my suggestions on how to achieve your desired look and what that might include. I want you to have the hair of your dreams and will do what I can to make that your reality!
✨ consider booking a hair cut 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Having fresh ends makes for a better style especially if a down style is chosen. It’s much easier to have smooth ends and a sleek finish if the hair doesn’t have crispy tips.
