I’m feeling good! Those relaxation meds do nothing for me. Mom is s most dismayed 😂😂

Oh my gosh. The poor baby. He doesn’t know what he wants. He’s whining. And doesn’t seem to want to settle.

Thank you Lee at Platinum Pooch Salon. We went a bit shorter than what Hobbs is use to but for wet spring and summer he thought he could rock the pixie cut.🐶🐾🦴❤️

Yesterday, while out walking, Hobbs met up with a dog friend. I of course was not paying attention. I looked over, both dogs had the leash in their mouths sawing away!😃😂 Hobbs walked very nicely beside me on the way home.❤️😉

Today’s post is not about how well I did or didn’t do on my bike. It’s about reminding people to get outside and do something that gives you so much joy while preforming the activity. For me, that’s my bike. Last year when Covid hit and we were in lockdown, I stopped riding my bike. It’s been a year since I’ve been riding and I’m loving every minute of it.
So, the message for today is to go outside and do something you’ve not done for a while. Hula hooping, skipping rope, throwing the ball back-and-forth with a friend. Remember, some time outside does wonders to lift out spirit.

Today was so beautiful, I decided to go for a bike ride. Got the tires pumped! Did a safety check to make sure brakes etc were working well. (I’m very mechanical)
It was a joy to be on the bike again! I just went around the neighbourhood but I kept a good consistent speed. The legs felt a bit wobbly after. Oh how I miss the gym and it’s large weight machines.🌸💜

Today, I’m excited to say, received the 1st dose of the Pfizer vaccine. This is another step in helping to keep my clients, family and friends safe.🌸
