6hrs time difference activated between Canada and Nigeria from 5hrs. We had an extra hour of sleep but I didn't quite enjoy the longer sleep hours as I got woken up by a knock on the door since 2am and couldn't sleep back😭😭😭

It's a new month and a November to remember. Are you enjoying the Fall season? It's my first and I'm loving it. Have fun guys and make the best lemonade out of your lemons. At the end, we will all be alright...

I thought I should share this writeup by here.

My people, if you are still sitting in this bus, pls tell your driver to pack so you can drop off. Things are no longer funny.

For the preachers who will say Japa is not for everybody, pls don't come for me. I never said it's for everybody. This is directed at those who know this concerns them. If you can still make it, pls do now. Don't mess up your chance because you may just never have it again. There are some countries you can start with that won't cost so much like Malta and Portugal or some other European countries, then you can port to your target country afterwards. Just do your research well and take that leap of faith.

What has killed many people on this journey is overthinking and overcalculations. My dear, it is still doable. Just plan yourself well and be strategic. Yes, these other countries are not heaven and they can't guarantee that you will become rich but you will at least have peace of mind and you can plan yourself well plus give your children a better life.

Don't be on the regret table. Take action now!!!

One thing that's paramount in the heart of new migrants to other countries is Settlement usually called Permanent Residency in some countries like Canada🇨🇦🇨🇦.

Many people migrate via different routes but by my personal rating and stats, I think study is the most common because it accommodates everybody whether old or young, highly skilled or otherwise, etc, though quite pricey.

One thing I've heard some people say to students is that the study routine should be made secondary. Getting a job to settle into and working to get the PR should be paramount.

As somewhat truthful as this may sound, I beg to disagree. I disagree because your primary purpose is to study. PR is meant to be secondary. Why waste several millions of your country's currency only to pay little attention to what you paid for? I have never seen anyone go wrong with studying. It is always an asset. It's a sharpening tool in the life of every individual and it always pays at the end of the day. You might be putting in the effort and it would seem like you are simply just there. Pls don't give up. Your payday is coming.

At the beginning of first semester, I was simply doing what I know how to do best... learning and committing my heart to the things I'm learning with passion and speaking up when questions are asked. My grades, of course, were positively impacted but finances dwindled due to no job but guess what? My pay is flowing now this second semester with some past lecturers/professors picking interest at helping me orchestrate my journey and being recommended for competition by one of the new lecturers/professors. My team won and there's a prize money no matter how little 😂😂😂.

Pls commit to truly learn from the course you registered for. It's for your good in the long run. PR will certainly come and what you have learnt cannot be taken away from you. PLS LEARN!!!

Were you planning to enter Canada with visitors visa and then switch to work permit afterwards? Unfortunately, Canadian government has made changes to such.

The only available option for anyone with such plans is to switch to study visa or seek asylum. Study visa is quite pricey especially if the exchange rate of your country's currency to dollars is quite high. Asylum seeking, on the other hand, comes with a lot of stringent measures and it is a 50/50 chance.

Look before you leap. Plan well so you don't have regrets. Don't rush to sell off your belongings over visitor's visa. Don't even tell anyone you are relocating.
