I rarely post negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience with Mina Hasan.
A dress I purchased was made incorrectly, and I was refused a refund despite clear issues.
The lack of accountability and customer support has been extremely disappointing. I expect transparency and professionalism from these brands— and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

Instead they provided excuses such as “you customized this dress” which I only asked to extend the arm length and cover the hole in the back, but they messed up the entire design with uneven work, a totally different colour that looks so dull, added a different tussle on the back and front, changed the arm work,rough stitching of lehnga, changed bottom of lehnga with no flare, and completely changed the dupatta without communicating or informing me first as you can see in the pictures.
