It turned out to be quite the memorable day Sprint 2026!
By “memorable,” I mean starting the swim with my goggles sitting on top of my head instead of over my eyes and feeling like I drank half the pool. 🤦♀️ Then, for reasons still unknown, I decided 3 bike laps wasn’t enough and added an extra 6.5 km to the course. 😳 Just wow!
My one victory? After all that, I still ran the entire 5 km without stopping and made it across the finish line! 😂
In all seriousness, it was an incredible day. The weather was great & we even had a couple fans show up to cheer us on! Sonny boy loved cheering on his mom & grandma! It was fun to have raced alongside my daughter and a few friends. These are the moments that make all the training, laughs, and unexpected detours worth it. ❤️🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️
I highly recommend finding something hard to accomplish with the Lord— it’s a launchpad for accelerated growth! 🚀
