We want to take a moment to remind all of our clients and visitors that respectful communication with our staff is expected at all times.
We understand that concerns or frustrations can come up, and we are always happy to listen and work toward a solution. However, yelling, abusive language, harassment, threats, intimidation, bullying, or aggressive behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated.
Our team deserves to feel safe, valued, and respected while doing their jobs.
🚫 We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for:
• Abusive or disrespectful language toward staff
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Bullying or aggressive behaviour
• Behaviour that disrupts or interferes with our staff doing their jobs
If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including asking individuals to leave, suspending or terminating services, and contacting the appropriate authorities when necessary.

We absolutely welcome feedback and want to hear from you! If you have a concern, please use one of our proper communication channels rather than addressing the issue with staff in an aggressive or disrespectful manner.
You are always welcome to reach out directly to either of our owners, Santanna or Kendall, or our Assistant Manager Caitlin. We are happy to listen, discuss your concerns, and work with you to address any issues that may arise.
