The truth is, it depends on the service and your hair goals.
Here’s a general guide:
• Haircuts: every 8–12 weeks
• Grey coverage / root color: every 4–6 weeks
• Partial highlights: every 10–14 weeks
• Full highlights / balayage: every 4–6 months
• Toner or gloss: whenever your tone needs refreshing or every 6-8 weeks
• Extensions maintenance: every 6–8 weeks
