Life feels a little lighter when we slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with others.

Join us for a peaceful morning walk through Centre de la Nature (Laval) where we'll enjoy nature, meet like-minded people, and build genuine community. We'll finish with a gentle grounding practice before gathering for an optional community picnic.

Please bring: 🥤 A water bottle 🧥 Weather-appropriate clothing 🧺 A picnic lunch to share afterwards (optional)

🌞 Divine Light Massage is back with more walking groups this summer .
Join us for a heart-centered community walking group designed for spiritually minded individuals who value wellness, connection, and living in harmony with the Earth. Whether you have an established spiritual practice or are simply curious and looking to connect with like-minded people, all are welcome (pets included!).

Together, we will enjoy mindful movement in nature while cultivating presence, gratitude, and connection. Throughout our walk, we will explore grounding practices that help us reconnect with the Earth's energy, quiet the mind, teach us to be fully present so that we can nourish our spirit.

Each walk will conclude with a guided meditation, offering you the opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself, Mother Gaia, community. For those who wish to linger and connect further, you're invited to bring a picnic and join us following the walk.

Come as you are, bring an open heart, and walk with us as we cultivate wellness, connection, and a deeper relationship with our beautiful, beloved Mother Earth. 🌍

A nice little forest situated in Laval. We will meet at the picnic tables right at the entrance to the park from the parking lot. I will be wearing a Divine Light Massage T-shirt so that you can identify me.
🐕 Pets are welcome! So please feel free to bring your sweet little fur babies but know that you are responsible for the care and cleanliness of your pet. (Children will be welcomed at a different walk)
