I am a fitness coach that would love to help you reach your goals.
I have left my body to rot for almost 3 years. I should have pushed through my anxiety and tears and stress, but I didnt. Some days were just hard to get out of bed and do my mom things.
Now, after gaining 50lbs back... I am determined to get rid of all my aches and pains and get my life back. I am tired of being miserable, and anxious, so here is to at least stretching daily.
I am determined to move daily, whether it is stretching, walking, lifting weights or ice skating. Whatever has me moving daily and feeling better.
Objective... getting stronger and not be in pain daily. If weight loss happens, I will be more than happy obviously, but stronger is the ultimate goal in the long run. I want my life back and want to be an old fit nana! (No! No ones there yet! 🤣)
Anyone ready to start this journey? I am not a beachbody coach so no pressure on what workouts you choose. I will support those who need the support. Yoga, mobility work, weight lifting, walking etc. I dont care. Sometimes its easier to get moving when there is support.

You guys thought I gave up again hun???! I dont blame ya!!! I have been MIA for a hot minute and doing the on and off again routine. I took some days off to heal a tweak I had in my shoulder... BUT I did go skating with the kids and hubby!!! My energy levels are way higher than they were 2 weeks ago!!!

Week 2 day 2
Today was not my best try, back us pulling throughout most of the workout.. modiications were used,, kickstand pose to lift weights, took pressure off my lower back, no jumping, and switching certain moves for some core workouts!!

Feeling better and a little stronger. Cant wait to see the changes to my body!!!

Day 3 done... even though I really wanted to do what she is doing!!! I am feeling yesterdays massage all in my lower back/hips!!

I decided 4x a week is good to begin with!!! Chop wood carry water, chest and back!! I have lost alot of muscle mass and I wont let that discourage me!!! Lets get thia body back into another shape!!!
