My sessions work on every level: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I studied at the Hazel Raven College of Bio-Dynamics and have been practicing Crystal Therapy for over 5 years. Crystals are a natural source of healing from earth and bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. I am also a Registered Massage therapist specializing in relaxation and therapeutic massages. The techniques I use help my clients relax fully, thereby allowing the body to heal itself. I am deeply passionate about my work and also feel the importance to share my knowledge with others through teaching and giving workshops.
