There is a silent cellular crisis sweeping the globe...and almost no one is talking about it.

Deep inside your cells lies a tiny power plant: the mitochondrion.

It fuels your every thought, every heartbeat, and every moment of healing.

But when modern toxins, inflammation, and oxidative stress attack these fragile engines...

Your energy crashes.

Your brain fog thickens.

And chronic disease takes root.

The medical system treats symptoms...which just masks your pain and exhaustion with prescriptions.

They ignore the root cause.

I can help you. Using the tested Zelmer Method of Light Therapy where we recharge the mitochondria!

Well, we made it! The year 2025 was the Year of the Snake.

So now like the snake I will be shedding and letting go so my next chapter can finally arrive. 🪱

Trust it's ending, let go, make space and trust the release 🕉️

And now we watch 2026 the Year of the Horse come running in with great intentions, and fresh beginnings. 🐎

Thank you, to my amazing clients that helped me be successful in this industry. And to my followers that turned into support systems and friends. You are now all part of my chosen family 💓

❤️

Merry Christmas 🎄🎁, Happy Holidays from our house to yours.

May you have time to relax, refresh and spend time with loved ones and friends.

Yesterday I was blessed to celebrate a Jubilee birthday🎈

Another spin around the 🌞

Not everyone gets that privilege to have another birthday. So celebrate yours. It's a gift 🎁

I'm not predictable, I'm unapologetically me. 😁

I like to create an air of mystery. 🧙

I take chances to feel uncomfortable.

I don't share a lot about myself to save my sacredness. 💫

I guard them with care 🤗

I am a people pleaser and will strike a conversation just to get to know YOU though

I went to the last night and had an amazing server named Paige. We chatted through the night and she genuinely likes her job!

What if the secret to success, the key to standing out isn't in doing what everyone else does, but in doing the unexpected?

To Paige's Mom. Thank you for convincing Paige to apply at she made this birthday one to remember ❣️
