Hey all,

Just a friendly reminder if you book an appointment(whatever service it may be) and you forget....my system sends out a reminder txt 72 hours before your appointment. If your still unable to make your appointment I need at least 72 hrs notice to possibly fill in that appointment slot. I understand things come up and life can happen but this is my buisness and will be treated as any other shop. I will be charging for missed appointments. Deposits are NON negotiable and NON refundable and will be not be transferred to the remake appointments.
