A boutique holistic spa experience focused on healing the mind and body
We love candles all year but especially when the air starts to feel slightly cooler…
Thoughtful tools. Skilled hands. Intentional care.
That may mean restoring hydration, deep exfoliation, protecting the skin barrier or adjusting the products you use at home.
You choose the level. We personalize the rest.

What does it mean to be a holistic spa?
It means we see you as more than the service you booked.
Your skin, body, stress levels, lifestyle and overall well-being are all connected. So while you may come to us for a facial, massage or pedicure, our care goes beyond the treatment itself.
It’s in the ingredients we choose.
The questions we ask.
The atmosphere we create.
The time we take to understand what you need.
The way we help your body slow down and feel cared for.
And how you feel when you leave.
We also know that it takes a team of people to help make you feel your best, we are just a piece of that puzzle 🧩working towards the same goals. Your body and mind are interconnected, you can’t progress in one area without support in the other.

What you put on your skin matters.
Your skincare works closely with your skin’s natural barrier, which is why every ingredient should have a purpose. We look for formulas made with a high percentage of naturally derived ingredients, not because “natural” automatically means better, but because we believe effective skincare can also be thoughtful, gentle and respectful of both your skin and the planet.
We choose products that have:
🌿 Naturally derived ingredients
🔬 Proven performance
🤍 Skin-friendly, intentional formulas
🌎 Sustainable and responsible practices
For us, skincare isn’t about following trends or filling your routine with more products. It’s about choosing high-quality formulas that support your skin’s health today and over time.

Your eyes deserve their own treatment.
The skin around the eyes is thinner and more delicate than the rest of the face, which means it can be one of the first places to feel dry or look tired, especially after stress, lack of sleep or too much screen time.
Add on an eye treatment to your next facial or pick up an at home ritual to help with those tired eyes.

Your nervous system is always listening.
To the rushing.
The noise.
The endless list of things that need your attention.
When your body stays in “go mode” for too long, it can become harder to truly rest—even when you finally have the time.
Soothing your nervous system creates space for your breathing to slow, your muscles to soften and your mind to become a little quieter. It reminds your body that, for this moment, it is safe to let go.
At The Spa, we support this through intentional touch, calming rituals and an environment where nothing is expected of you.
A facial, massage, time in the salt room or a Welnamis session can become more than a treatment. It can be a pause from being productive, needed and responsible.
Sometimes caring for yourself begins by giving your body permission to be still.

What you eat today may not show up on your skin today.
Food and skin don’t always have an immediate cause-and-effect relationship, and one breakout rarely tells the whole story. But patterns can offer helpful clues.
Within hours or the next morning:
Alcohol, salty foods and not drinking enough water may leave the skin looking puffy, dry or dull.
Over the next few days:
For some people, frequent high-sugar or highly processed foods may contribute to increased inflammation, oil production or breakouts.
Over several weeks:
Consistently missing protein, healthy fats, fibre and a variety of fruits and vegetables may affect hydration, barrier health and how well the skin recovers.
Dairy, gluten and processed foods are sometimes blamed for every skin concern, but they are not universal triggers. Your hormones, stress, sleep, skincare and overall health also play a role.
Instead of restricting everything, pay attention to repeated patterns. Notice what you ate, how your skin changed and what else was happening at the time.
Your skin isn’t judging your last meal. It may simply be communicating what it needs more or less of.

There’s a moment during a facial when everything begins to settle.
Your shoulders soften. Your breathing slows. And for a little while, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to take care of.
We know how rare that can feel.
So much of life is spent thinking ahead, remembering, planning and being there for everyone else. Here, you don’t need to be productive or hold anything together. You simply get to receive care.
Of course, we care deeply about your skin. But a facial has never been only about what we can see on the surface.
It’s also about creating space for you to rest, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
The glow is beautiful, but that feeling is what matters most to us.

Your facial may begin the reset, but home care is where the relationship with your skin continues.
The products you use each day can help maintain hydration, support your skin barrier and extend the benefits of your professional treatments. But more isn’t always better. What matters is choosing the right products for your skin and using them consistently.
During your facial, we’ll talk about what you’re currently using, what your skin may be missing and where you can simplify. No overwhelming routine. No pressure to replace everything. Just thoughtful recommendations designed around you.

Summer leaves more than memories.”
Sun exposure, heat, travel and changing routines can leave skin feeling dehydrated, congested, dull or uneven. Fall is the ideal time to assess what your skin needs, restore what summer depleted and prepare it for the colder months ahead.
Now is the time for your seasonal skin reset.
