Did you know massage can help Jaw pain?
Massage around the outside of the jaw and intra oral can help loosen the muscles in the area, help decrease pain, increase range of motion in the joint and help with preventing/decreasing headaches due to jaw tension.

Common symptoms manifest as:
- Popping/clicking,
- Improper tracking,
- Locked jaw,
- Headaches/earaches, or
- Pain when eating.
Main causes of TMJD are:
- Grinding/clenching,
- Trauma to the area (broken jaw, whiplash),
- Dental work,

Plantar fasciitis (pain in the arch of the foot) is an overuse condition resulting in inflammation of the plantar fascia, (Fiona Rattray). The primary cause is overuse when training, long periods of standing, and running on hard surfaces. Other factors can be tightened calve muscles, footwear that lacks proper arch support, and poor biomechanics of the foot.
Ways to help treat plantar fasciitis include:
• Rest from the activity causing the issue
• Applying ice (frozen water bottle)
• Rolling out the arch with a ball and stretching arch
• Massage to release muscle tension and fascia restrictions, knots and trigger points
• Wearing orthotics/arch supportive shoes
