I use a high quality cream wax to remove hair from the root. New hairs must be completely re-formed, thus slowing re-growth. I recommend coming in to get waxed every 3-6 weeks after initial waxing.

I am KID FRIENDLY* for shorter appointments, like most waxing. ***PLEASE ASK/INFORM ME IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING YOUR CHILD/REN AS MY HUSBAND HAS TO BE HOME! I DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN IN MY STUDIO! (there are chemicals and equipment that they can hurt themselves with! Safety first!!!) The family room is right outside the door, so they’re welcome to have a seat and watch Netflix for a bit :)
For nail fills, and any appointment that exceeds 30 minutes, I ask that you PLEASE make alternate arrangements. If you have no child care available, we can discuss it when you book. POLICIES

- NO SHOW POLICY
I will NOT rebook any clients who are a repeat no show to their scheduled appointment. No showing to an appointment is a complete lack of respect for my business and me and I will not tolerate it anymore.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
I like to ask for a minimum 6 hours notice to cancel any existing appointment. I understand that things happen... But for continued last minute cancellations, you may not be rebooked in the future, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of half the price of your scheduled service. to be paid for prior to a new appointment being booked for you.
***Frequent rescheduling or cancelling appointments, may require a non-refundable advance payment for service, before a future appointment will be made***
- LATE POLICY
I ask that you please show up on time to your appointment. I may have an appointment booked after yours, so if you are running behind, that affects the next service. If you are more than 10/15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be adjusted, or cancelled and rescheduled.. Please text me if you are running behind.

I don't have these polices in place to be rude or mean, I have these policies in place because this is my income. When I have a no show or a last minute cancellation, that results in a loss of income and a loss of time on my part. I do my best to be as accommodating as I can be, and understanding of personal issues that arise. I just ask that you show me the same respect xo
