Becoming the owner of Exsalonce Hair Studio was a leap of faith, and every single day since has been a reminder that dreams really do come true when you work hard, believe in yourself, and surround yourself with the right people.

I am beyond proud of the incredible team we’ve built — talented, passionate, and dedicated women who show up every day not just to do hair, but to make people feel confident and cared for.
