Laser removal might be the best option for you. Often we can achieve optimal results with just one treatment, giving you the option of staying bare or having them redone.

With time ink changes in your skin. Nowadays most cosmetic tattoo artists opt for inks that have a low carbon load, therefore they fade naturally to lighter browns and reds and maintaining them is simple.

However, older methods and some artists still use a heavier carbon loaded ink, which means as the ink changes it turns bluey-black; these inks cannot be covered effectively, and long term results won’t be ideal. Therefore laser removal is often the best option so you can restart from a blank canvas.
