HI EVERYONE IT’S SHANNA!
Mel’s Hair Shop has been given the green light to open on the 19th! Unfortunately because of my pre existing health condition as a diabetic and close family also having underlying health conditions, I have chosen to delay my start date by 2 more weeks. I will be starting to take clients Monday June 1. I will be working Monday-Thursday trying to extend my hours a bit to accommodate more clients. There will be limitations to our bookings going forward and many new safety protocol introduced to appointments. I will let each client know what to expect before set appointments.
I appreciate everyone’s understanding during this time. I have made this desicion to try to ensure as much safety for me and my family❤️ I know everyone is in a similar position right now.
I am super excited to see everyone when you are ready for your appointments, even if it is behind a mask😷 Feel free to text or call with either questions or to start booking appointments.

Hello! We just wanted to thank everyone for the interest❤️ Just a small update here! We have been given the notice we can open as of May 19🎊.

That being said, we will have to find out what our limitations are and what our new safety protocol will be before we can go ahead with our bookings and schedules. Everyone’s safety will be priority and we want to ensure you all will be comfortable when we move forward! We will be sure to start contacting people as soon as we have everything worked out.

Can’t wait to see everyone’s faces back in the shop!
