Today, I swing my arms with joy, my heart is overflowing, and my smile is glowing as I look back on the past 14 incredible years.

For 12 of those years, I’ve had the absolute gift of working alongside my daughter — something I will forever cherish. 💕

When I look around our spa, I don’t just see treatment rooms. I see connections.

I see the rooms where we’ve laughed, cried, celebrated milestones, shared stories and learned about each other’s walks through life.

Some of you have been with us since day one. Some of you may have walked through our doors only once. But every single person who has entered this space has been part of our story and has made a difference.

From the beginning, my heart has always had one simple goal:

To make people feel seen, heard and loved.

And 14 years later, that hasn’t changed.

This is so much more than a business to me. It is pure passion. I still LOVE what I do. I love the people I get to meet. I love the women I get to work alongside every day, and I truly believe I have the most incredible team.

A few years ago, we had the honour of creating a photoshoot alongside local Indigenous people of all ages, with the intention of sharing their stories, culture, and voices.

We have created many photoshoots over the years, but this one continues to hold a very special place in our hearts because of the meaning behind every image.

We were grateful to contribute in the way we knew best, through lashes and beauty, while creating space for each person to show up proudly as themselves.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we remember the children who never returned home, honour Survivors, their families and communities, and recognize the lasting impacts of residential schools.

We are thankful to everyone who trusted us to be part of this project and to share a small piece of their story.
