I have been a certified Nail Technician since June of 2008, using Nail Innovationz products. I proudly sculpt nails using forms, not the use of tips therefore keeping in tact the integrity of the natural nail. I use only quality products and pride myself in my work, and work environment. I have obtained the highest level of education possible within the company I teach for and whose products I use

3 week fill! You can have this retention ONLY IF you cleanse your lashes daily (or every other depending on skin type), and brush your lashes every day. If your lashes don’t last 3 weeks there could be a number of reasons why, but by doing your part at home after you leave your appointment your lashes could look like this after 3 weeks🤩

About me…
Many of you already know me, but for those who don’t I am Daphne Fletcher and I run Sterling Beauty and Education out of Lloydminster, SK. My business name has changed a few times but I think I have found the one that encompasses everything I believe in for my business! Over the years I have incorporated many services since beginning with gel nails. I specialized in gel nails solely from 2008-2014 and since then gradually offered various services. I love making women feel good about themselves. I’ve struggled in the past myself and there’s no better feeling than empowering women and helping them be their best selves. Whether pampering someone or teaching someone skill sets that gives them the courage and opportunity to be independent, I am here for you! I entered into this business initially because I needed someone I could rely on 100% of the time to provide for my kids being that I have been a single mom of two nearly their whole lives. Then there came a whole lot of reasons I realized why being my own boss was the only way to go. I enjoy playing my guitar, being with friends, and spending as much time with my two boys as I can. Fun fact about me, I love watching cheesy scary movies that are so funny it’s almost like watching a comedy, I don’t mind making fun of my own fear of balloons, and going to concerts and festivals is my absolute favourite pastime!
