Not every lash set should look the same. And that's exactly why this client came to me.
She wasn't just frustrated with retention.
She was frustrated that her lashes never felt like they were designed for her.
Every artist has a style. But every client has different eye shapes, lash health, growth patterns, and goals. Copying the same map from one client to the next rarely gives the best result.
Before we even picked lengths, we talked about what wasn't working.
✨ Retention that wasn't lasting. ✨ A shape that didn't quite suit her eyes. ✨ Wanting lashes that looked effortless instead of overwhelming.
From there, I created a custom map based on her natural lashes, eye shape, and lifestyle.

Therapy... but it's just me cleaning up after my first day as a full-time lash artist. 🤍
Four years.
Thousands of kilometres. Long shifts. Early mornings. Late nights. Summer heat. Winter roads. Countless memories.
Today, I parked the truck for the last time.
Walking away from something that gave me so much isn't easy.
This job helped shape who I am. It gave me lifelong friendships, lessons I'll carry forever, and a version of myself I'm really proud of.
But sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones that make room for the life you've been dreaming about.
Tomorrow, I stop saying "one day" and start building Butterfly Kisses Beauty By Tiffany full time.

These are some of my favourite memories from the last 4+ years...and honestly, putting this reel together brought up more emotions than I expected.
When I made the decision to leave the oilfield, I knew I was saying yes to my dream. What I didn't expect was how hard it would be to say goodbye to a chapter that has given me so much.
This job has challenged me, humbled me, pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, and introduced me to some incredible people. It gave me confidence, lifelong memories, and the opportunity to quietly build Butterfly Kisses Beauty By Tiffany on evenings, days off, and between shifts.
Every lash appointment, every new product, every course I invested in...it all started because of this job.
So while I'm incredibly excited for what's next, I'm also allowing myself to be sad. You can be grateful for where you've been while still knowing it's time to grow.
To everyone at Sandpiper who has been part of this journey, thank you. Thank you for the laughs, the support, the lessons, and the memories I'll carry with me long after my last shift.
This isn't goodbye to a part of who I am. It's because of this chapter that I have the courage to start the next one.
Here's to one last work day...and to finally chasing the dream I've spent years building after hours.
